Idaho's Low Taxes is a big attraction for Migration

Recent studies show Idaho's overall taxes are the lowest in the region and is ranked 48th in the Nation, according to a recent article published in the local Idaho Statesman on November 26, 2017.   This article also states the tax burden on each person is the lowest in 11 Western states.  One must also consider the effective rate vs. looking only at the actual tax rate reasoning is that all taxing system at the local levels are not created equal and vary which can be misguiding.

Idaho relies on three major taxes such as Income, Sales and Property Taxes.

If you are looking for ways to save yourself some taxes and keep more of your money in your pocket, you might consider moving toward a state such as Idaho.

I couldn't believe how much much I saved moving from California to Eagle, Idaho in taxes alone.  Eagle Idaho is priced a little higher than the other cities surrounding the area of Boise Idaho and in the Treasure Valley so even the taxes I pay now are still almost half of what I paid in California.  I put out a weekly post on median pricing of real estate in our areas of the treasure valley on a Facebook page at link https://www.facebook.com/gotidahorealestate/.  Look for the Weekly updates throughout the post and get a feel of the average cost of the area.

Go to my home page at www.gotidahorealestate.com to start your home search now.  I will comment that the internet and MLS does not represent all home opportunities, especially in building new and that is where I can really help you out in scouting the right area for your next home.

We welcome you and look forward to assisting you on your next home purchase in Idaho.
